As a member of Rutgers SAPA (South Asian Performing Artists)\, a Bollywood Fusion Co-Ed Dance Team\, he has se en success with his team placing at several competitions like Phillyfest an d Best of the Best. As captain\, Kush led the team to a 1st place win at Ph illyfest in 2009. From 2010 to 2013\, Kush was a member of Aatma Performing Arts as a performer\, choreographer\, and taught private lessons to the st yle of Bollywood Hip Hop for kids. During this time\, the team won the Naya Andaaz dance competition and showcased their talents in their own long run ning production titled Mystic India.
