In-Studio Class

For indoor training, we have a capacity limit. Masks are REQUIRED, and we ask that all participants arrive 5 MINUTES prior to class. Per the current King County order, in-person class participants must show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within the past 72 hours.
