In-Studio Class
For indoor training, we only allow a maximum of 25 participants. Participants signing up for the in-studio workshop must present their vaccination card and ID to the instructor (Rangeela check-in) at the start of class to receive a bracelet that will allow them to be mask-free at Flow Fitness.
