What is Bolly-Cardio?
This 45-minute heart-pumping dance workout will keep you burning those calories while jamming it out to your favorite Bollywood songs!! Our instructors will guide you through a warmup, followed by high energy Bollywood cardio steps and finish with a stretching cool-down leaving you wanting more.
Once you register, you’ll receive the Zoom Conference ID/Password so you can access the class from the comfort of your own home. Please make sure to DOWNLOAD ZOOM on your desktop (https://zoom.us/download) or mobile device (Zoom app) prior to start of class to avoid technical difficulties. We hope you invite your friends and family to sign up as well!
Dancers will be socially distant for COVID-19 precautions. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
Be sure you dance in a clear space and have a glass of water by your side to stay hydrated! For larger screen viewing, you can connect your laptop to your TV via HDMI, or mirror our device to your TV.

Monika Joshi is Rangeela’s BollyCardio Fitness Instructor. Originally from Toronto, Monika has been living in Seattle for just over 3 years. She trained in Kathak for 12 years, and taught both Bollywood and Kathak dance classes for 5 years. She has also taught a variety of fitness classes, including Bollywood Fitness, Zumba, toning & muscle conditioning, and water aerobics. In Seattle, she performed with local arts organization, Prathidhwani, at ACT and Meydenbauer Center. When she’s not dancing or teaching, you can find Monika working in Marketing at Amazon, or watching reruns of The Office. She’s very excited to be sharing her passion for dance fitness with you all!
