DESCRIPTION:Come #DanceWithRangeela – Learn some Bollywood Choreography with Nandita! Workshop will have Sweets\, Live Dhol\, Tasha and Ganapati Vibes\n\n\nClass Description\nJoin us in celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi as Nandita brings the vibrant visarjan vibes!We’ll start the class with tilak and sweets\, and we’ve planned a lot of fun activities!This class will have a slightly different format\, where students will not only learn the choreography but also perform it in a dance video that will be released by Rangeela for Ganesh Chaturthi!Bring your energy\, and feel free to wear colorful traditional clothes (optional). We can’t wait to dance with you! \n \nIn-Studio Class\nFor indoor training\, we have a capacity limit. We ask that all participants arrive 5 MINUTES prior to class. \n \nMeet Nandita\nNandita has been dancing since the age of 6\, where she started with a foundation in Indian classical dancing Kathak. She is a trained Kathak\, Latin & Ballroom dancer (including Waltz\, Tango\, Foxtrot\, WCS\, ECS\, Salsa\, Bachata) and danced competitively for a few years in the past decade. During college she led and instructed the Ballroom Dance team and co-founded a Bollywood dance group. She has learned from numerous instructors over the years & worked with Rumbao Latin Dance company during her time in Charlotte\, NC. She loves leaning new styles and has dabbled in a variety of different styles including Sass\, Heels\, Jazzfunk\, and Hip-hop! As an instructor\, her philosophy is empowerment through dance and self-expression and is a firm believe in inclusive dancing methodologies. At Rangeela\, she fuses various styles with Bollywood dancing through performances\, instruction & choreography!
