Arushi Patel

Choreographer

I started my dance journey by learning Kathak from Guru Pandita Archana Joglekar, and represented Archana Nrityalaya at various cultural shows and competitions including Zalak dance competitions and opening for Hema Malini’s dance performance at NJPAC. I went on to pursue my Visharad Part 1 in Kathak. In college, I joined CMU Jiya – an all girl, fusion, Bollywood dance team. We competed at dance competitions across the country, performing a variety of styles from kuthu to bhangra, and enjoyed being a co-captain my senior year. I’m excited to continue to grow as a dancer at Rangeela!
